INTRODUCTION

This factual website is being setup to expose some of the seriously misconceived perception that British justice and its organs are beyond reproach. In relation to Family law, hearings are held in Secret/Camera  and courts and supporting organs go  to exceptional lengths of malfeasance, misfeasance and just damn right CORRUPT, COVERT, OPPRESSIVE and abusive tactics to promote greater 95% [1] custody to one gender (usually mothers), at all costs irrespective of the children's best welfare or interests and wishes in direct breach of statuary National & International Law. The powers invested in Social Services and CAFCASS are second to none and on par with MI5/MI6 (Daily Mail, 2006). The resultant victims of such gross incompatible behaviour are OUR CHILDREN. I will also expose the absolutely horrifying and true latent motives behind this corrupt behaviour.

Despite widespread belief, it is NOT THE LAW that is the major issue, but it is the ADMINISTRATORS.

Assuming there is nothing to hide, I will challenge ANY of the United Kingdom legal authorities/representatives mentioned on this website to facts/assertions in an open public forum permitting all independent media reporting and all forms of 3rd party independent monitoring devices. Everything on this website can be proved factually (transcripts, Orders, letters, affidavits and/or other) and/or are true in so far to the best of knowledge and belief. On the question of confidentiality, LJ Wall  in one newspaper articles opening reported the names of the fathers and also their place of hearing (Telegraph – V, B and O, 2006).The extent of dislike of fathers is further demonstrated when, LJ Thorpe stated that lesbian partners have equal or more rights than biological fathers.

On the 5th-November-2006 the petition to United Nations  In The Interests' Of Children ™  at (http://www.un1503petition.com) was launched for independent and detailed investigation into the Government orchestrated social experiment  which even according to the Governments own study suggests in ten years time UK children will have some form of criminal record...

It should be noted that such incompatible behaviour against OUR CHILDREN (the next generation) are not only endemic, but are widespread, and systematically persistent through the United Kingdom and other parts of the 1st World countries which purport to give the air of higher moral ground in relation to lesser developed countries.
